It is always best to talk directly with a member of our staff when placing an order. We try to pepper you with questions about your party, guests, thoughts, colors, themes and give you choices to best fit your needs. We want to get your order exactly as you want it. Don't leave it up to interpretation. Be as specific as you like. Every customer has favorite colors, has their own customs, remembers the way the old neighborhood bakery used to make something. We will customize to your needs. Please try to give us as much time as possible prior to the date you need your special design. At least 3 days are helpful. Everything is custom made for your special day. There are times when we may not be able to make your exact design due to heavy bookings for that day. Freshness and quality for our special orders are priority one.

Please call us for all orders first so we can start a ticket for your order. If you wish to email artwork, we need to have an order ticket to which to attach your artwork. The email address is email@example.com and please put your last name and the date you want the order (ex: Wed, Feb. 15) into the Subject Line.
HOW MUCH NOTICE?
For our daily 7" and 10" cakes (7" serve 8-10, 10" serve 16-20) you can order anytime during normal business hours for the next day. We can sometimes make you a cake for the same day. The later in the day you call to order, chances are the later during the next day you will be able to pick up your cake. Last minute larger cakes (12", 14" and sheet cakes) usually need to be picked up later due to their fragile nature. Please be careful transporting all our fresh cakes. They are labor intensive, fresh made, non repairable, one of a kind precious commodities. Please treat them with the utmost care. We bake around the clock. After hours employees are busy baking and do not take orders over the phone.
If possible, for SPECIAL ARTWORK orders (any cake not featuring our standard designs found here on the Custom Cakes page), give us 6 days notice. Saturday is our busiest day. To guarantee your specific design and pickup time, you should always place your order at least a week in advance.
We will need your full name, home phone number, cell phone number, the pickup time and date of your event, credit card number to confirm your order. We do not run your credit card number UNTIL you pickup. Your order will be in the "not confirmed" file until we have all this information. Your order will stay there and not be made until you call back with all info. Don't forget to confirm your order! It won't be made until you do. If you call us back to go over your order, let us know if it is "not confirmed" or "confirmed".
PICKUP AND PAYMENT
Upon pickup, we will ask for the last name on the order. If you send someone else to get your order, (this happens often) they MUST know the last name it is under. You can pay cash, mastercard, visa, or check. First born children are not accepted. Plan on it being a busy day in our shop the day of your order. Give yourself time to find a parking space, wait in line, and process our payment after we have checked every detail of your order with you. If you rush us, we will probably make a mistake with your order. We get very busy on Fridays and Saturdays, so please allow for extra time. Our complete staff are working very hard to get the everything just right.
Credit-card companies charge us 3% for your convenience. We will add 3% to your order total when using credit card payments to cover this added cost. If you do not want to pay this, we are happy to accept cash or check.
